We are all feeling this way! We know we have to find the balance, but being a leader is hard - we carry the burden of our staff, our students, and then, personally, our own families. But, we have to take care of ourselves and prioritize. Find your "why." As Wagner encourages, we have had to adapt and change and learn to go with the the flow. We need to allow students opportunities to be creative and think critically. The world has flipped upside down. We have had to give ourselves grace, be creative, work together, and adapt.
