From my notes, we have that the lividity of the body was completely incorrect for the position that Jay said, but if it does, then the body would've needed to settle for atleast 10 hours, and 10 hours after 2:36 her suppossed time of death is waytoo late than what Jay said. Also we have the turf analysis, and the grass underneath Hae's car was too fresh to have been sitting there for 6 weeks- Also, a neighbor said she would've noticed if a car was sitting there for 6 weeks and would've called and had it towed. A third strand of evidence is that Don is completely sketchy. We know from the podcast that his mother was his alibi, but in the documentary we learned that he wasn't scheduled to work that day. The only wway he would've been working was if the man who had his same job called sick, but he was also there. So there's no way Don could've been working that day. Also, there were scrtch marks on Dons arms the days following Hae's discoverance. These could've been evident from Hae struggling during the murder, but by the time Don got questioned the marks were gone so the police hadn't seen them. A 4th piece of evidence that is totally alarming is that Kristi had class on the 13th. So there is no way Adnan and Jay's visit to her aprartment happened on the13th. And the final very alarming fact learned from the HBO documentary is the fact that incoming calls cannot be reliable for location. So they used the call logs and tower logs to convince the jury of Jays honesty, but it is reliable.
