Andalas World Enterprise was a new company that established early May 2019. This company involve in selling product of Burgers and Nasi Lemak. I was so excited when I was responsible to handle one of their branches near my house. I request to market my new product idea in this company with is Ramen Burger. The Owner was agree  and give me trust to handle on product and marketing. So, we are opened a branches Alang Burger stall near Kampung Sungai Lampam , Teluk intan Perak. 

I started work at 4.30 pm until 1.00 a.m everyday except Saturday.From here I gained more experience to handle the stall from opening until closing. I have my copartner, his name his Maisarah. 

We are starting from zero , which mean that  the stall me made by our design and deco. We can hire from the carpenter to do that stall. Im also involve to make over this stall.

The place was quiet strategic because it was located near school and mosque. So, the crowd was there and it was easier for me to attract more customer to but burger at our stall. We opened at 5.00 p.m and closed at 1.30 a.m. I make a normal preparation such as put a frozen meat in a ice box, cut a vegetable, refill the sos and black pepper. 

  In addition, I was produce new product of burger with is Ramen Burger. It was new product, so definitely, there no one sell this burger and we are the first founder at this site. It was need a little time to merged the product with market segment with is, the customer always ask what is Ramen Burger?. It look new for them and they will try once. Once they try, it always have repeat order from same customers. This show that, this product was acceptable in village market.

I make a price base on the site and average income for the village. So the price was not expensive and affordable for customers to have it. From what have learn when I was worked here was Time Management, Marketing and pricing strategy, idea to build stall, serving foods and improve skill in cooking.
