At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to see the heat flow. It would be wonderful if there is opportunity to allow pupils' to promote thinking. Ex: for the video on melting ice cream - a question to allow them to write freely on their opinion which ice cream melted faster and why?? Also an opportunity for pupils to apply their CER too. Their peers and teachers can comment and give feedback or ask questions to their sharing and promote more thinking and discussion. It would be good if the lesson is given more time like over 2 sessions to allow for this rich discussion and thinking.
