I feel like time and personal preference have been holding me back from being more informed. I do not think that there should be an extra tax on solar panels because they could potentially be an alternative form of energy and we shouldn't make that harder to produce. 
2. After watching the video, I agree with the tariff. When someone is reading it out loud, it can be somewhat difficult to stay focused and comprehend what they are saying. However, when I read it on my own, I was able to take my time and read over things multiple times if I needed more clarification.
