         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) See strengths and weakness of the school- target demographic or subject area<br>2) Drives instruction- what do our students need? <br>3) Helps identify trends across all different types of demographics- are you meeting the needs of all students? What can you do differently? WHY are you not meeting those needs? <br>4) Allows an action plan to be created based on weaknesses and needs<br>5) Tracks progress- keep tabs on students and teachers- identify those in need of more support <br>6) Addresses school issues- behavioral/academic<br>7) Allows for comparison with other schools within the district<br>8) Address problems with school culture<br>9) Creatively solve problems (academically and behaviorally)<br>10) Assess recent implementation of processes&nbsp;<br>11) RTI (Response to Intervention) and CSI (Continuous School Improvement)- who needs RtI, how to get them moving in the process- do they need more than what RtI is giving them<br>12) How school is adapting to changes (how students are performing on FSA vs. FCAT- ex: purchase resources to be sure all students are able to use the technology for FSA vs. paper based FCAT)&nbsp;<br>13) Determine perceptions of how all stakeholders feel&nbsp;<br>14) Professional Development- how are teachers preparing themselves for changes/student need<br><br></div>]]></description>
