we spent an entire day in the assessment centre on the 24th of march. I have learnt may thing and developed many skills during this day. My day started of by being interviewed individually for 5-10 minutes. Many questions were asked that i managed to answer. It was a wonderful experience that is crucial in order to have a great interview for future jobs. During my interview i noticed that answering the questions asked with a lot of details shows that you are interested in which ever company or work field you want to work for. I also learnt that it is important to do your research about the company before you attend the interview to present yourself as interested and well educated. The next activity was getting put into a random group with people you may have not met before to discuss an issue about a company and having to find a solution in a short period of time. This really helped with my confidence and being able to present my self as well as my ideas in a room full of people i have never met before. I believe that this activity was one of the most important ones that day, i learnt a lot and gained many skills. They skills i learnt, was me being able to come up with solutions very fast, along side my team and getting a long with other people to get the task done on time. The last activity was the group presentation, where we had to present the the PowerPoint me and my class mates put together over several weeks. The skills i gained for doing the presentation was patience and understanding my whole team. I also gained more confidence when i was presenting in front of people i have never met before.

From the online course i took part in I learnt a few things. I have learnt how important project management is and that you need a few skills to do great in it. I have gained problem solving and once again time management throughout this course. It was really helpful and a great way to help me build my skills in may ways than one.

During this acadamic year I have gained many skills throughout the year across all the modules i have accomplished this year. This year i had many group assignments that required me to work in a team. This helped me develop my communication skills where we all had to be on the same page in order to work effectively and efficiently. Another skill that i have developed was time management. This is because my time management was not that good before i worked in this many groups, but throughout the year i learnt hoe to manage my time wisely in order to get the assignment done on time. I also gained another skill called active listening. I am not always a great listener and do get carried away some times. Working in a group helped me listen carefully to my other peers and take their iDeals into consideration. I hope to carry all the skills i have developed into level 6 of next year and gain many more like quick decision making.
