         <description><![CDATA[<div>BTs must possess the necessary technical knowledge in order to incorporate ICT into their lessons. Awareness of the various applications and softwares will be necessary in order to effectively utilise them for the appropriate pedagogies.<br><br>BTs must be open and willing to using technology to enhance their classroom teaching. They should also be able to justify and balance the use of ICT such that students are engaged while not using ICT just for the sake of it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>No, but it does depend on the social context of our students. For instance, some of our learners may not have had the chance to use a computer before. Even saving a file may be an issue.&nbsp;<br><br>For students who don't have computers at home, it may also be very tiring for them to have to travel to school just to use the computers.<br><br>So it may be difficult to engage&nbsp;learners using technology in these situations.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, extremely. Teachers are expected to provide creative solutions in managing our learners - looking at learners as unique individuals than a whole; as well as managing expectations of various stakeholders. No longer is teaching simply about imparting knowledge, but teachers are now expected be play the role of a nurturer as well. We seek to touch the hearts of every student, but we are so stretched to the point that our influence merely brushes them.&nbsp;<br><br>We plan to develop professionally in all aspects to improve our stretchability and ability to assess if IT is the best mode in executing certain lessons. Not one size fits all. Apart from MOE courses, we will also go for SkillsFuture courses to upgrade our skills, knowledge and attitude.&nbsp;Learn from peers, colleagues and superiors. </div>]]></description>
