Teachers are expected to provide creative solutions in managing our learners - looking at learners as unique individuals than a whole; as well as managing expectations of various stakeholders. No longer is teaching simply about imparting knowledge, but teachers are now expected be play the role of a nurturer as well. We seek to touch the hearts of every student, but we are so stretched to the point that our influence merely brushes them. 

We plan to develop professionally in all aspects to improve our stretchability and ability to assess if IT is the best mode in executing certain lessons. Not one size fits all.
