PaintBox is a club full of creativity and unique talent which allows each student to express their true potential and interest in art. We like to have fun and informal meeting, which makes the club feel more like a group of friends rather than an ECA. In PaintBox, each individual’s style and opinions are celebrated, which has made me grow as an artist. I see myself looking towards art more often as an escape and a relaxation time after the hectic online leaning days we are having.

This is my second year at Paintbox, and I’m really enjoying it so far.  Though a lot of things have undoubtedly changed, I think the spirit of the club is pretty much the same because we stick to our main objective: to help each other grow as both an artist and as people.  It’s been really hard to try coordinate with people and bring them on the same ground with us because of online school, mainly since interaction is one of the main aspects the club’s built on.  To make this better we play interesting games, give each other constructive feedback on their artwork and help each other learn more as a whole.  Paintbox had helped me become a more artistic person because I can feel free to talk about my struggles and doubts regarding my artwork to my group, and they always, always help me improve.  I can express myself freely and just have fun once a week instead of the club feeling like an obligation or a mandatory ECA.

Although this is my first year at paintbox, I really think that being in Paintbox and learning with the other members has allowed me to learn different techniques in quite a few mediums. I think that paintbox is a great club to join if you like expressing yourself in a creative manner, and want to share your learning process with your peers and learn an bout various type of art.

Paintbox has been very fun, this club is really magical because we can explore different art mediums, create wonderful paintings and just relax. We play fun games and listen to music to really get in the mood, and everyone in this club is very supportive and kind. Everyone appreciates each other’s paintings and we get feedback of how we can make our drawings more enchanting. Overall this club is awesome, and it’s good if you want to showcase your talent and explore little conners of art.

I feel like paintbox is a very fun club overall and I enjoy it a lot I like the idea of 1 medium per month as it really helps us focus on 1 particular thing to focus on. also I like the way that this club is more interactive since we all put on our cameras we play games sometimes. I think I definitely love the idea of this club each class is planned out well so it is really fun.
