         <description><![CDATA[<div>Voluntary action<br>Voluntary actions are actions in which the person initiate by their own conscious like walking or running and reflex actions are involuntary actions they are total opposite of voluntary actions. In voluntary action the cerebral cortex(brain) sends impulses from it to the effectors(muscles or glands) via the spinal cord with the relay neurons and finally a motor neurons. This action is under the control of the will. When in reflex actions the spinal cord takes control of the will for example blinking, coughing, and sneezing.          <title>Role of autonomic nervous system</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The autonomic nervous system regulates certain body process such as blood pressure and the rate of breathing. It works automatically without a person's conscious. In autonomic nervous system many organs are controlled primarily by either the sympathetic or parasympathetic division. Sometimes the two divisions have opposite effects on the same organ. For example the sympathetic division increases blood pressure and the parasympathetic division decreases it. Overal the two divisions work together to ensure that the body responds appropiately to different situations that occurs within the body.<br><br>Sympathetic division prepares the body for stressfull or emergency situations. Fight or flight.
