At the beginning, the lion traps the mouse under his paw and wants to eat him. The mouse says that if he let's him go, he will help him in return, so the lion let the mouse go. The lion ended up getting caught in a net trap and can't escape. He calls for help but the mouse is the only one to come. The mouse chews through the net and frees the lion.
