-dont let them get to you.
-if you want to argue, make sure you are prepared.
-dont say random stuff that moves you to another topic.
-if you get frustrated, dont lash out at the person who you are arguing with.
-dont curse, because they will think that you are getting suppressed and that you are out of choice.
 

note: just dont argue with parents, its tough.
