         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.  Student responsibility: Making students understand how big and important their role is in the process, they are central, they need to play the game.  We can coach them by showing them how, encouraging, supporting and guiding but we can't play.<br>2. Learning design: identifying and focusing on important concepts and "teaching" to these only while integrating opportunities to actively think and actively engage with material inside and outside the classroom<br>3. Student Support: Providing students with individualised support as well as modelling and coaching the skills and abilities they need to better empower them to cope.</div>]]></description>
