Full-time employees are typically more reliable and dedicated to the company since they are earning benefits and likely to stay with the company longer, but more training and money needs to be put into them. Part-time employees are good for allowing students and others that are not looking for a full-time job to work for the company and fill a space that does not require full-time while saving costs since benefits are not typically offered. Contingent employees are perfect to work on a specific project for a limited time with no training or benefits required.
