1. Yes, the subject Personal Development was helpful for me. This subject taught me not just lessons in school, but lessons in life. This is where I was able to know and understand myself better contributing to my relationship my myself and who I want to become. Because of this, I was also able to understand my relationships with others overall helping me to build strong and healthy relationships with myself and those around me. Personally, Personal Development was more than a subject to me, it was a guiding light that taught me life lessons I will continue to carry throughout my life.

2. My key takeaways from this subject is the importance of emotional intelligence. Personal growth and building healthy relationships with others mean to have emotional intelligence. I believe personal intelligence starts with oneself before they can form relationships with those around them. This key takeaway reminded me that for one to have a healthy environment, they must focus on making their own health and lives healthy. When one achieves this, they can live a life free of too much stress and challenges because they are at peace with themselves and others.

3. My two favorite topics were “Knowing Oneself” and “Mental Health & Wellbeing”. These two are my favorite topics because they compliment or work well with each other in a way where it can effectively help someone physically and mentally. “Knowing Oneself” helped me to understand myself betted through knowing my strengths and weaknesses, on the other hand, “Mental Health & Wellbeing” taught me healthy ways to cope with challenges in life. When I am able to understand myself and also learn to manage challenges in life in a healthy way, I can build a strong and healthy life. Because of these two topics, I am able to live a fulfilling and beautiful life.
