Fortunately, everyone in the group took notes about the lecture, so it went well when discussing most of the issues.
2.What didn’t go well? Why not?
Our notes were not complete enough, and we ignored some information, which prevented us from discussing several issues.
And everyone is not familiar with each other because today's team members are newly assigned, everyone is more nervous, the discussion process is not very good. 
3.What do you want to improve next time?
It's a good idea to search the key words on the internet.I think I should improve my search ability and try to spend less time to find relevant information.And the ability to take notes needs to be improved, try to avoid ignoring important information.
4.How are you going to do that?
