I think it is not a good idea to give free lessons to people from the community and the public, because they may affect the quality of the class and disturb the students from college. Some people have bad manners, and maybe they will talk loudly during classes and affect students.  Professors cannot care for that much people and they cannot be able to manage the discipline of the lecture. The study efficiency of students may decrease. In addition, since these classes are free, people from the community may not care about the lessons and they may not pay attention to the lectures. Therefore, they cannot learn anything from the classes, and they are just wasting their time.

I think that choosing a job that can let you make more money is better. Some people, like me, care about the amount of money that I earn. If that job cannot let me earn much money, I will not feel the sense of achievement. To me, money is the base of the sense of achievement. In contrast, if the job can only give me the sense of achievement and I cannot earn much money of it, I will just be tired of it and lose the motivation to work. I cannot do well.

 

2. From my perspective, I disagree with the statement that new buildings should be replaces by old buildings. Because the old building has a unique artistic quality, it is the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture. Also, some old buildings are the crystallization of the combination of Chinese and Western cultures. If all the old buildings are replaced by modern buildings, there are not any traces that represent China’s history.

3. From my perspective, I disagree with the statement that the university can let local people to have free class with the students. Firstly, it will create a negative influence for the university students. The class efficiency will be very low because there are so much people there which will cause lots of noises. Secondly, it is not equal to the university students. They should afford money in order to go to the university. However, these local people do not need to pay anything. 

 

4. From my perspective, I prefer to choose the work which has more money. In today's developed and progressive society, it can be said that money is above everything. You cannot get anything without money. That is, because life is getting better and better now, prices will become higher and higher, and efforts to earn money are also for a better life in the future, so in addition to getting a higher salary, we should learn to enjoy life slowly. Money is the most important thing at work.  

 

2. Personally speaking, I think we should replace old buildings with new buildings. First of all, it can make good use of the space. Old buildings are usually seemed as a landscape, and used for people to watch or appreciate. Also, it takes a lot of space. People are supposed to replace old buildigs with new buildings such as factories to make more profits and offer people with more opportunities. Second, I think it can ensure safety fo the residents. Since old buildings are likely to collapsed and may have the fire hazard.

 

3. Personally speaking, I agree with this proposal for several reasons. First of all, without the stress that comes from GPA or assessment, people from the local communities are more likely to actively involve in class. Their behavior will also affect original students. So they are more willing to concentrate at class which will definitely improve their academic performance. Second, original students can make more friends with these people that come from the local communities. If they are confusing with their homework, they can go to these people for help, which will ease the burden for teachers.

 

4. Personally speaking, I will choose the job that is able to provide me with more money. First of all, money can make life better. Money can solve most of the problems in your daily lives. For example, if I have a job that helps me earn a lot of money before I getting old, I will get an insurance for my whole life. So that I do not need to worry about health issues. Instead, if you have a job that can solely offer you with a sense of achievements, you will be gradually defeated by various life burdens.

2. From my perspective, I hold the view that we should replace the old house with a new one. First of all, this action will help modernize the whole signature appearance of our city, which can improve the basic construction and make our city more convenient thus there will be increasing number of tourists and help our economy growth. Secondly, despite that old houses have valuable culture passed down from our ancestor, they spare a lot of space and are not beneficial for well function of the transportation.

3.  In my opinion, I disagree with the idea that people in the community have lessons with students at school freely. Firstly, I deem that it is unfair for the students who have already payed their fee for the school for the people in the community can have the free access to get the lessons. Furthermore, it is not beneficial to create a perfect studying atmosphere for the reason why is the all type of people may enter the university and have lessons with those have high grades and need quiet studying circumstance. For instance, some certain bad teenagers may enter the classroom only in order to get free air conditioner and WIFI but have a bad impact on the efficiency of those who listen carefully in class.

4. Personally speaking, I will choose to have the job with high-paid in the place of the job with high sense achievements. Because, first of all, I deem that money is that thing which really exists. Most thing in our daily life is depend on money, to be more specific，money is indispensable. From another angle, feeling more sense of achievement, it won’t actually improve our life quantity. For example, providing that we have a severe heath disease, only job with high-paid can save us.

 

I claim that we shouldn’t replace the old architectures with modern buildings. For the first reason, the old architectures represent the signature of the city, even the nation. For example, the Great Wall, if we replace it with the modern bricks, which it’s no longer a symbol for China. Moreover, by replacing the old ones with the new materials, it’s no longer the original building, which we don’t want to see. Imagine you are going to a “antient town”, and all the buildings there are all brand-new materials. It’s ridiculous, doesn’t it? All the things are new, which it actually lost the meaning of exist as a “antient town”.

 

My opinion towards to the action that the university provide only free classes for the local residents which no certifications provided is that by recording online courses and share it among the internet would be better than the action. For the first reason, having classes only meant the students only listen to the class, and hardly can they interact with the professor, which is just the same as watching online videos, and the capacity of videos is definitely higher than a single classroom. Moreover, having too much student in a single class would affect the effectiveness of the original class, which harms the rights of normal students.

 

I would like to choose a job that offers me sufficient money rather than a job which gives me a sense of achievement. For the first reason, by earning money and consume some of the things like luxuries, food, houses can give me sense of achievement too, which, in others words, the two job is actually the same in the fact of sense of achievement. However, the formal one that offers me more money so I prefer that. Secondly, by having a job that only provides sense of achievement, hardly can it offer you enough money for your living, paying bills, struggling to make ends meet, for instance. In that case, the sense of achievement doesn’t actually works well for you, since the sufficient is not enough.
