First, the most infamous problem to be discussed about is global warming. This problem is caused by an emission of massive amounts of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide and methane. This problem causes the ice in the poles to melt resulting in ocean levels to rise-which causes low-level cities such as Amsterdam to be submerged underwater somewhere in the near future.

The second problem is the extinction of rare species and the decrease of biodiversity. Building cities and deforestation causes this problem; which destroys the habitat where species live in. And, as you all probably have learned in science class, extinction of a single species can mean a lot of problems for the ecosystem of that specific place.

The third problem is the excessive amount of trash and the wrong way of disposing them-one example of this problem could be that big trash island in the middle of the pacific ocean, and it is a threat to sea animals. Yet, trash problems are not only limited to seas, but it also effects animals on land-for example, landfills are bad for the land, and also cause habitats of animals live to be destroyed.

The solution to these problems are using more reusable energy, recycling products and helping organizations that help near-extinct animals; doing at least one of them can be a big help.
