Now, for use, yes synthetic oil is better, but in the article " is synthetic oil better for the environment?" it states "synthetic oils are replicas manufactured from chemicals that are really no kinder to the environment than natural oil."

Real diamonds are extremely costly, and its hard to mine, develop and all that stuff, BUT a synthetic diamond is the opposite of costly, there is no reason why you shouldn't get a synthetic diamond instead of a real one, except, that real ones are more costly and less efficient to develop. on the bottom left there is a picture of a natural diamond, and on the bottom right there is a picture of a synthetic one.
