         <title>Structures of a typical neuron</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>Cell body</strong>: contains the nucleus being the genetic material.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Dendrites: </strong>are large numer of extesions.  Chemical messages from other neurons are received.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Axon:</strong> extension that is different from all the other cells. It transmits an electrochemical signal to other neurons.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Myelin:</strong> covers the electrical impulses.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Node of Ranvier: </strong>are the spaces between the myelin coating on the neuron`s axon.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><strong>Axon terminal:</strong> this is where the electrochemical  signal that has traveled the lenght of the axon becomes a chemical message that travels to the next neuron.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Synapse is the meeting point between two neurons.  It is what allows you to learn and remember.<br><br>Some of your synapses are:<br><strong>Electrical:</strong>  inmediate group text.<br><strong>Chemical:</strong> they take more time to be received and read, but they`re used more often and are more easier to control.<br><br><strong>Neurotransmitters: </strong>chemical whose main function is the transfmission of information from one neuron to another through synapses. They are the most important substances in the synapses.<br><br></div>]]></description>
