Client felt that OT guided client to think about what works and what doesn't work
OT asking how they can help as a therapist (thus giving purpose to the therapy session)
OT asking how often they can check in on the client as they work on their goal
OT asking client about what external resources they can tap on to improve the plan and giving peers as an example

Although there is somewhat a PROPER flow, the session felt quite "slow" in its progress towards each step. Can we clarify if it is okay to ask many questions to clarify the context with the client when formulating a plan?
Are there any ways to make the session more efficient?

i think i figured out why the flow felt kinda confusing to me, cos there wasnt a question asking the pt what success wld be like for her -- we didnt ask what 'good study session' or 'good time use' looked like to her. tbh i think we wld still hv gotten to the same conclusion but mb it wld ground the discussion abit more, cos there's a goal to work towards
