         <description><![CDATA[<p>Technology is the basis of all the characteristics of civilization. and there would not be a civilization without government so why is technology more important then government. government</p><p>are the rulers and leaders, they are the most powerful people in there civilization, and it's as simple as how they get powerful. technology is the reason that civilizations exist at all, countries, regions, and cities all want more territory and natural resources and technology makes this possible. they give them weapons to get more territory, and they got farming tools to farm and get more natural resources.</p>]]></description>
