As a Pediatric Oncologist an inspiring person for me was the scientist Marrie Currie. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the only person to win twice in two different areas (physics and chemistry). She was born in Poland in 1867 and as a woman she wasn’t allowed to attend the university in her country. After she had been studying in secret and working as a tutor and a governess, she could save money and decided to move to Paris to study science. While she was studying at Sorbonne she met her husband who was a scientist. Later, in 1903 working together they discovered radioactivity and together they won the Nobel Prize.  After her husband’ s death she became the first woman teaching at Sorbonne. In 1911 she  won the second Nobel Prize for isolating the chemical element Radium. She died in  1934 from leukemia as a result of her work with radioactivity. She had two daugthers and one of them, Irene Curie won the Nobel Prize too! Today I studied about question words. I learned that usually, when we want to make a question, the subject comes after the auxiliary verb (first verb: be, do, have), for example: Why is she crying? And if there isn't an auxiliar verb we use do/ does/ did. Example: Why didn't you come to visit me? Indeed, I learned that prepositions come at the end of the question: Who does this book belong to?
Reading:
Today I read a recipe: How to make the perfect omelet.
First of all, be sure that you have the toppings (cheese, meat or vegetables)  ready before cooking the eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a splash of water (this will make the omelet light and fluffy). Use a fork to mix it vigorously. Heat a nonstick pan, add butter or olive oil . Pour the egg mixture into the center of the hot pan and move the pan around to stir the eggs. As soon as curds begin to form add the toppings.
