It is depend to the person.<br>     I think this theory focus on beginning, process and result.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Short term goal: <br>1.  I need to understanding the action or behavior of servant leadership clearly. For example, language, attitude and emotion.<br><br>2. Practice in the group in class or my workplace daily life. My position in my workplace is a shift leader. therefore, I can practice servant leadership when I manage my co-worker.<br><br>3. I need write down the reflection of what I did as a servant leadership every day and make a summary. <br>I need to focus on several points firstly, spend time how I can support them. Secondly, have my team keep an eye on my actions rather than the other way around.
