     I think this theory focus on beginning, process and result. The leader can provide clearer path to their team to achieve the final goal
     Leaders should choose leadership styles that fit the needs of the team.
Leaders will provide rewards (the “goal”) and assist them in reaching the goal (the “path”) while offering support along the way ( Northouse, 2016,  p. 12).

1.  I need to understanding the action or behavior of servant leadership clearly. For example, language, attitude and emotion.

2. Practice in the group in class or my workplace daily life. My position in my workplace is a shift leader. therefore, I can practice servant leadership when I manage my co-worker.

3. I need write down the reflection of what I did as a servant leadership every day and make a summary.
I need to focus on several points firstly, spend time how I can support them. Secondly, have my team keep an eye on my actions rather than the other way around. Thirdly, keep update team feedback, and well know each member situation.
