Anthony Duran- blocks that has a higher density than water sinks and if it has lower density than water it floats all compounds have to have different density. The higher the mass gets the more density

On the stimulation I could change the mass and volume of the blocks. I could also change what type of material I was using like a wood block or a ice block or a styrofoam block. Blocks with a high density tend to sink because they have more mass and volume, then blocks with a lower density which allows them to float cause they have a lower mass and volume.

By making the mass larger, the density will also become higher and it will make the block sink. By making the mass smaller, the density will be lower and the block will float.
