Students have their optimum learning method. Some will learn pretty fast when they read texts while others prefer to listen to the teacher. There is yet another group of students that will need a practical demonstration for whatever they have learned to stick. The teacher is left with the difficult task of finding the balance that will be favorable to every student.

Some students are exceptionally gifted or skilled. They may be gifted in a particular subject or in a variety of subjects, and they tend to do well on achievement exams. Most talented kids benefit from a teaching strategy that emphasizes higher-order thinking abilities, independent study, and learning at a faster speed. This explains why every teacher's initial responsibility is to get to know their students. The educational environment of the student is one of the important aspects that can translate gifts into talent.

Role models are a must for self-improvement because we must have a standard to strive for or compare ourselves with. There must be a ‘greatness’ or a ‘stardom’ (not in terms of showbiz) that we should wish to achieve if we want to have even a mediocre amount of success in any aspect of life. Therefore, it is important to have the right inspiration to discover who you are and do your best.

Providing quality education to effectively shape and influence the young learners mind is a need to ensure that no student will be left behind. The attention span of young learners is very short that’s why as the teachers and parents we need to be flexible enough to do things that will make them more focus and interested to learn. We need to provide them conducive learning environment both in school and at home to monitor the progress of the kids and help them to learn. The learning environment must be engaging where students will feel once they enter the room is that learning is fun and learning is what we need. When it comes to learning resources/materials to be use by the students, this should be engaging, interesting, timely, reliable and valid. This should be also guided by the teachers and parents to ensure that the information contains of the learning material is good for learners. Both teachers and parents should be a inspiring model for this can help to shape and influence students with positive attitudes towards their education for them to be life-long learners. Everything is possible to achieve if we give actions to the different learning needs of the students.
