A little background about my family,

Even though my family is not under one roof, I try to understand their sides and not act recklessly. It's hard living in this world where my parents is not on the same page anymore but for me it's better this way. They fight less and their even happier in this situation. Nonetheless, I love them both equally, they are the reason of why I want to achieve more in this world!

Currently I am studying at Ateneo de Davao Senior High School, even though I have hard times now, I am not giving up continuing our journey towards our dream.

I know that you are not good at approaching people first, I hope that you are able to conquer that fear of yours, I hope you are surrounded with people that gives you joy and peace.

The journey that you are taking right now, know that I am proud of us! Just by trying your best is enough rather than not trying at all.

Schedule of Activities:

First Step – Senior High School (Grades 11–12)
I will focus on my ABM Strand subjects such as Accounting, Business Mathematics, and Economics. I will also participate in business-related school events and join leadership organizations to develop my communication and management skills. Through these activities, I aim to build a strong foundation in accounting and business concepts.

Second Step – College (Year 1–5)
I plan to enroll in the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) program at Ateneo de Davao University. During my college years, I will strive to maintain good academic standing and gain in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. I also intend to actively participate in academic and extracurricular activities that will enhance my professional and ethical skills.

Third Step – College (3rd–5th Year)
I will participate in internships or on-the-job training with accounting firms, banks, or other business organizations. This experience will allow me to apply my classroom learning in real-world settings and develop essential professional skills such as discipline, teamwork, and integrity.

Fourth Step – After Graduation
After graduating, I will enroll in a CPA Review Program to prepare for the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. I will dedicate my time to reviewing thoroughly to strengthen my knowledge and readiness for the national board exam.

Fifth Step – After Passing the Board Exam (1–2 Years)
Once I pass the CPA board exam, I plan to work as a junior accountant or auditor in a reputable firm. I will also attend seminars and workshops to further enhance my professional competence. This stage will help me apply what I have learned and gain valuable experience in the accounting field.

Sixth Step – 3–5 Years After Employment
After gaining sufficient experience, I aim to pursue career advancement by becoming a senior accountant, finance manager, or pursuing a master’s degree, such as an MBA. This will allow me to continue growing professionally and contribute meaningfully to the financial success of the organizations I will serve.

I discovered that personal growth begins with self-awareness and self-care. I realized that taking time to learn new things, connect with nature, and reflect through activities like walking allows me to manage stress and maintain balance. These small but meaningful actions remind me that caring for myself is not selfish — it’s necessary so I can better care for others.

I learned how love, when grounded in patience, respect, and understanding, becomes a powerful source of strength. Writing about my parents made me realize how much they’ve shaped my values and the way I see relationships. They taught me that love is a daily choice to stay kind, honest, and supportive — qualities that reflect cura personalis, or care for the whole person.

I was able to reflect on both the challenges and blessings within my family. Recognizing our imperfections helped me practice empathy and understanding, while being grateful for their love strengthened my commitment to do better — not just for myself, but for them as well. This connects deeply with magis, the desire to strive for excellence and become better for the greater good.

Overall, Personal Development taught me that growth is a continuous journey of knowing, loving, and improving oneself. By being mindful of my actions, valuing my relationships, and caring deeply for those around me, I am becoming a person who lives with purpose, compassion, and integrity. These lessons will continue to guide me not only in school but in all aspects of my life.
