Ss are playing a small-group game. There are picture cards face-down in a big circle. Ss role dice and move their playing piece (말) around the circle. They turn over the card they land on and say the word.
S1: 1, 2, 3... Dog!
S2: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... Horse!
Ss play... then T quietly slips in a new card Ss haven't seen before.
S3: Um... 영어로 이게 뭐야???
T: It's a walrus!
S3: Walrus!
[It's child-centered because Ss really want to know what the word is! They're emotionally invested because of the game.]

Before class starts, hide photos around the room. Tell the students how many photos are hidden. The students then move around the room with their notebooks, writing down words/sentences that match each card as they find them. The first student to find all the cards wins.

1. What are the advantages (+) of the approach? From GTM method, We can memorize and make inputs efficiently. 2. What are the disadvantages (-) of the approach? Its disadvantage is such inputs from GTM can be get off easily. 3. I experienced this method during all my study life but it wasn't that good to remember something for long. So I think this method is not that good method for long-term study.

1. Its advantage is "students can approach with less burden". And during making such pronounce, students can be more friendly with that language. 2. Disadvantage of this method is " students can just repeat and don't make inputs" If it happens, students can't learn efficiently. 3. I experienced this method when I was elementary school's student. This method was easy to approach because what I have to do was just pronounce same words with teacher's. I think this method is good to young students.

About game activity 1. Students can really enjoy the game and they will participate this game actively. This is the most important advantage of this game. 2. Disadvantage of this game can be "alienation". Quiet students may have difficulty participating and be left out. The teacher should give proper guidance. 3.I didn't experienced it yet. But it can be great activity for students. I love it.

1.The advantage of this activity is that students can learn to express themselves through repeated combinations of phrases.

1. This method is good to be friendly with L2. Especially students are young. 2. This method's disadvantage is that it can't work if students don't care about what does teacher saying about. 3. I experienced it at home when I was really young. But it was mother's saying. I was interested in everything my mom said. So that worked well. And I think this method is good to very young students with very easy expressions.

1. TBL can attract student's interest as well with TPR. I think TBL is more appropriate with more older students. 2. Disadvantage of this method is students who are not interested in that task will feel more bothered and disliked than just learning. 3. I experienced this method at the middle school. That was teamwork. I was interested in traveling. So I did it with lots of fun. I think this method is awesome. And if there is some choices for tasks, there will be more fun.

I experience this game at elementary school. At that time, we studied the words previously with ppt. So we were not that having lots of questions. It was a good game for remember the words and have interests for L2.
