         <description><![CDATA[<p>Sound Sorting Game: Students will sort pictures by their beginning sounds (i.e. "c" for "cat," "s" for "sun") using sound boxes or mats. Differentiation: Utilize tangible objects for tactile learners and limit the number of choices for students who require additional support.</p><p>“Say It, Move It” Game: Students will move a counter, tapping it on their desk, for each sound in a spoken word. Differentiation: Have visual sound markers or peer assistance. Teachers can also turn it into a movement opportunity and have students hop for each sound in a word.</p>]]></description>
