Well the bullies will say some of the information differently.Like say Roger was beating him up. Question 2: The narrator use first person by saying "I" and by saying what he did.

The Bullies Would be Saying Mean Stuff to Roger Like Hes A Freak and i think they called the cops b/c roger was trying to hurt them with (Sharp/Deadly)Arrows. That Would be Painful To get hurt by arrows made like that ;) :)

the story would be told differently if told by the bullies perspective because the bullies would have a different point of view about roger and the deaf kid.

If Roger wouldn't have help the deaf kid from getting beat the bullies would have possibly killed him and wouldn't have cared. The narrator's point of view matters because he had protected the deaf boy from the bullies.
