Mindset
Our Mindset needs to be flexible and understanding. We need to think who our demographic are, what grade level we are teaching, and how it works for us individually for each class/grade/teacher. We also need to be proactive as teachers.

This is regarding the engagement of the parents & students & regarding the bureaucracy of the central administration. While initially I did not find so many parents & students engaged, I now see them very engaged and active with remote learning. This took some flexibility on my part to shift from using Teams to Google Meet to make remote learning more user friendly. Of course, patience regarding directives from Central because they usually change their directives a few days later or grant extensions & so there's really no reason to stress or panic. I think there's a learning curve for everyone & as long as we keep that in mind, we will all be better off.
