The man was shy about talking because he thought no one would be interested in his story.
Bríd saw that he was listening to Eminem’s music on his phone.
Bríd said that people listened to that kind of music because they found help or comfort in it.
If this man were willing to talk now, maybe he could be helped by other people.
The man then started to talk and told his sad story.

She is 35 years old and she’s happy that she got the new job in Dublin in the Irish telegraph.

She has a good reputation because the newspaper went after her.

It’s 7 in the morning and the moon is still in the sky.

She went to her new office.

On the way, she was listening to the man speaking on the radio and thought that he was posh.

She went to the newsroom and it was very busy.

2 He said to her to read newspapers, listen to the radio and go through all the websites aswell as social media.

4 the news team had a meeting with the chief editor Mrs O Sullivan at 11 o’clock clock.

5 the journalist and editor discussed the stories and ms o Sullivan gave them stories.

6 she told brid about the man who had sexually assaulted the student

7 she said the story would be on the front page if she interviews a victim.

• He gave her some information.

• Then she went to the area where the crimes had taken place.

• She went into a supermarket to buy water.

• She started talking to the shopkeeper.

•She told him that she was a journalist working for The Irish Telegraph and that she was working on the story about the man who was coming out of

prison.

• The shopkeeper said that 'the animal' as he called him

sexually abused his own nephew.

• He said that his nephew would be happy to talk to her about the story.
