Current State: Out of date accounting application to raise customer invoices, process sales and payment activity.  Time consuming and inefficient backup process.

Future State: Efficient and effective updated Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting software applications that are user friendly and can access, process, share, and store via the web.  Improved BIM. 

Gap Analysis: Collaborative accessible anytime, anywhere with internet access.  Produce customer information and invoices, process sales and payments activity, track and order inventory, informational and financial reports, improve business performance efficiently and effectively.   

Solution: Update version of Microsoft applications, Xero accounting software online cloud capabilities and features, storage space.
