Im concerned by child labor; Even in the United States. While children and Women worked too, they got payed less than average. What happened to that old sayin people used back then that was about women and children first? Im not saying they should be treated like queens or little tyrants, but its stupid that one gender makes the money, while his wife and kids have to support him. It’s all just a Sexist and Ageist monopoly game.

Immigrants and women during the early 1900s were put to work. They were almost slaves, as the only forms of freedom they had were low paying jobs. Immigrant labor, for the wealthy folk (who owned the U.S. steel and Standard Oil and Mining companies) was good because they would be able to hire more people for lower prices; as those immigrants were probably facing poverty anyway. The working conditions at the time were pretty bad too.
