Also I' m going to offer an example of each phrasal verb. As you may know phrasal verbs are verbs composed by a verb and a preposotion or adverb. I think that it's good to learn phrasal verbs in since they appear very commonly in English and it is difficult to translate them. Here is a list of some interesting phatrsal verb:
1. Get on: Subir/ montarse
We couldn´t get on that taxi because it was full
2. Drive off: Marcharse de algún lugar en vehículo
She got on the car and drove off that horrible town
3. Come back: Volver a algún lugar
After ten years abroad he came back to her natal country
4. Turn around: Cambiar de dirección o girarse
She turned aroudn to see who have screamed
5. Break down: Romperse o dejar de funcionar
I have to buy a new computer because the old one has broken down
6. Look out: ser cuidadoso o estar atento
You hve to look out when you drive
7. Take off: Despegar
It must have been two hourse since the plane took off
8. Get on: ponerse o llevarse bien o mal con alguien
There brother and sisters that don´t get on well
9. Get by: Apañrselas
You can get by with this websites to do you dissertation
10. Run away (from) : huir, escaparse
The thief run away from the prision
11. Join in: Tomar parte en una actividad que se esté llevando a cabo
She was the last to join  the game
12. Fill in: Escribir o rellenar un documento o formulario

13. Plug in: Conectar algún aparato o instrumento a otro

·         So
  • So can be used when we want to replace an adjective an averb or a complete sentence thta has been already mention. This can be shown as in the next examples:

-              Charlie´s parents were wirried about his notes, but the tacher told them not to be so.

-              I couldn´t believe she was getting married, but she told me so. 

  •  So is widely used to repacle sentences with verbs of thinking: belive, be afraid, think ,appear, seem, appear,  expect, guess, assume, say, tell, hope, imagine, suppose, presume and suspect.

Example:
- It seems that Gloria doesn't feel good - Yes, it seems so.
- Do you think he will come to the cinema with us?- I don't think so.

Take into account that so cannot be used with this verbs:  accept, admit, agree, be certain, claim, doubt, hear, intend, promise, suggest or be sure.

Example:
- I'm sure  that she will apologize for not helping him on time.  Yes, im sure she will.
 
  • So can also the typical short answer "yes" in order to show that we agree with what we hear and that we are surprise with it. The structure for this case is always the same: so + personal pronoun + auxiliar.

- Example: I think that she looks more beautiful with this dress than when the previous one - So she does.

  • Another situation in which we can use so is a similar situation with the previous one , but with the verbs: hear, tell, say seem, understand, appear, gather (preceed by it) or believe. 
The structure in this cas is:

-  so + personal pronoun + verb

  • In this case we express that we already knew the infomation
John finnaly entered to study the degree he wanted - So I hear.

Do so
  •  It is used in order not to repeat a mentione verb and a object or complement. It can only we used when the information to replace has been mention and it is known.

- Example: He should be cooking the meal. I hope he is doing so

  • We can also do so in formal english, whereas in informal english we tend to use do that or do ir.

  • Do so replace action verbs, but no with verbs of thinking or of state

- Example: She love travelling altough she doesn’t

 Such
  • Such +(a/an) + noun is normally used to something that has been recently mentioned. It is frequent in formal  written and oral english
- Example: The secondary school of my town recently included a bilingua program. Such a measure was taken to promote language learning.
