On 05.12 I rented a car from "Kanom Car Rental Chiang Mai"

Booked via FB messenger.

Upon reservation paid 500 thb via QR code for booking,

Upon arrival the car paid 4500 thb for reservation (2000 thb) + deposit (3000 thb)

All paid via QR codes, confirmations sent to you via email.

On 07.12 I returned the car to parking, left a key inside, wrote to the rental agent as she requested and she informed me that deposit would be returned soon.

Today is 11.12 and I didnt get my deposit back.

In FB messenger they are claiming that it will be returned soon, but I read that other people rented from them and were scammed as well.

Appreciate if you could investigate the issue as such companies/individuals are ruining the image of safe city Chiang Mai.
