When looking back at this question I feel that in some ways my action research I conducted helped answer this question in some ways. Specifically that online learning does in a way help improve student learning for my students then a traditional class setting would. From the findings in the action research, it was founded that my students feel like they learn better in math in an online setting since they feel more comfortable asking questions and feel they can interact better with their instructor. I would still want to do further research on how exactly students can benefit from online learning, such as does online learning help improve student's study habits, and maybe start grouping my online group sessions specifically to help address the needs of my students and see if that helps increase student achievement in math.

For this I wonder question I still think I need further research in order to answer the question I had asked. From what I learned though our 529 course, I feel that I can conduct a good action research on this question though. I feel that I myself still need to research on the different types of applications offered on the iPad for high school math courses because I feel that I haven't been able to find the right applications for my math classes. I would also need to do more research on how exactly student learning can be improve with students using research. I feel that the action research process will help me in answering my I wonder question regarding iPads in the classroom.

As I look through my initial I wonder question, I feel that in order to see if online tutoring has a greater impact on student learning than face to face tutoring, that I need to first get to know what best helps my students when it comes to their learning. I feel that through the whole action research process, that I learned more about my students then I had knew before. This was an important learning process for me since I learned more about how my students prefer learning then I had knew before. I think that asking student's for their input on online tutoring and face to face tutoring will give me a sense in the type of tutoring my students were prefer. When analyzing if the tutoring online had a greater impact on student learning, I would analyze the student's assessment results from their exams they take after their tutoring session.

This particular question I feel after now taking our course, would need to be more redefine to make it focus on something more specific. I feel that if I had this as my initial action research question that it would've been too generic. What I would change about my I wonder question is focusing on how Google Drive can be use as a notebook for a math class, but help benefit students when it comes to their learning. Maybe I would focus on using the Google Drive notebook as a place where students upload their work and pair up with a partner, where they share the Google Drive folder and check each others work. So in a sense students are collaborating online, while using their Google Drive notebook. This would be in connection to what our group's action research topic was on which was online collaboration.

I feel that this I wonder question needs to first address the question in how my students best learn. Like what strategies would be help my students when it comes to student learning. Throughout the whole action research process, I felt that I learned a better sense in how my students prefer to learn in the classroom. In regards to Math XL, I feel that in terms of using it better in my classroom involves just be playing around more with the Math XL tools and seeing what it offers to my students. This would be done by further research on my end on the program, and using the program to help to help improve my student's learning.
