Skyzone is trying to convince people that with this waiver they are not liable for any injury on their premises from the trampolines. This is not the case as if you do get injured you are able to sue sky zone for injury. However, it is not fair for situations such as the one we learned in class where the foam pit was not deep enough. The expectation from guests is that the safety protocols are up to date and there are no pre existing dangerous activities. A warning was also put in place that individuals under the age of 13 are not to use the app. The software remains open source but has been bought out by a company (Ultimate Guitar) anyways. The main reason this is unfair is because it's a 100% offline audio editing software. There's no real reason why ANY of your data should be tracked, and especially no reason why younger people should not be allowed to play around with it.

Through having a liability waiver Skyzone is attempting to trick the customer that they are responsible for any damages to their body while jumping with them. However, this is not the case, one who has been injurder at Skyzone is not entirely liable for their injury. Depending on the case, one is actually able to sue Skyzone for getting hurt on their property. The Skyzone waiver is unfair since it is trying to manipulate the customer that all injuries, damages to one's body, even death, is not skyzone's responsibility. Skyzone states that they are not liable for any injuries. Although, this is unfair since an individual depending on the circumstance and the injury is significant enough one can sue skyzone due to the level of damage.
