6. We are a group divided into 2 according to the schedule that has been set, namely, 3 people in the fnb department and another 3 people in the houskeeping department.

7. I was in the housekeeping department for the first day, and I knew many housekeeping staff and some high-ranking staff among them, Mr. Nasir was one of the high-ranking staff who gave us some information related to housekeeping.

8. on the first day we are more about researching information about housekeeping including, how to make an inventory, how to clean the room properly, how to ensure the condition of the room is orderly and organized and many more.

9. we were given the task to be with the staff to clean the rooms based on the assignment given.
