My life is currently having it's issues so I have a Journal that I use or use my guides that I put up on my wall to help me stay on track and the right path. This is how I deal with stress!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I am really stressed out, I like to go for a nice long bike ride to clear my mind. I will usually ride to Central Park and then do a few laps. It helps to be out in the fresh air, with the tress and birds. I can forget about what's stressing me out and just focus on my breathing and enjoy the ride. <br><br></div>]]></description>

But sometimes I wish I can go to therapy because its really bad like my anxiety and stuff is really bad.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I was in high school, i used to deal with stress and my negative emotions very poorly. My father was overbearing so I would engage in extracurricular activities just to stay out the house for as long as I could. I was on 3 varsity teams, worked part-time and attended college now classes; the only AP class offered was AP Bio and the AP teacher and I did not metch well and she also told me she will not let me take her course. I was tired, drained and when it came to my negative emotions there was no room for them. My father made it seem like I should be grateful for what I had sooo yeah. It was just go, go, go. <br><br>Now I journal, workout daily to channel the negative and distress, my friends and family. Love watching movies, and cooking. I also have a therapist. </div>]]></description>
