The Person posting the video is to be blamed. I know this putting the blame of thousands of kids under 18, but they posted that video for some "fame." YouTube even though they are combing through their site 24/7 that still isn't faster enough too comb through ever second of ever video. Some Video might put the dangerous stunt at the end, or a point where YouTube's bot doesn't reach. YouTube can't maintain their multiple billion dollars company in just 24 hours they need the people provided content to their side to find some common sense to take a moment and think "Is this really worth it? Do I NEED to post this?"

I think that YouTube is not to blame. People who watch the videos should be able to see the obvious risk of the challenges they see, even if they think the payoff would be great. Kids know that if you eat tide pods, you're probably not going to survive that. So if someone goes and does it anyways, then YouTube would not be responsible for that. YouTube can not find every single bad video before people watch it, so it is really not their fault.

In the shows they say this is for enjoyment don't attempt this at home or something along those lines.

I don't think anyone should be punished, not YouTube, not its viewers, not even the people that post these types of videos. I think this because no matter if we take these videos down people are still going to do what they want. I think That if people are stupid enough to take the risk of doing this then that is their fault, and their parents or who every is raising/raised them should of brought them up a little better. I know that i don't do any of these challenges because i know better i know how big of a risk it is and honestly i don't even like them it hurts me to watch people do it even if they don't fail. I think that people should grow up a but and look at their future before they do these types of things and learn about how many people that may or may not even see i, how much of a risk it is because once you post something you cant ever delete it because someone somewhere will have access to it is never completely gone.

Youtube being punished? That's crazy youtube and the people who post videos and are successful make so much money it would be so hard to ban them from posting videos of them doing crazy stunts. Plus, it is there life to live and if they want to live it by posting crazy videos of themselves doing dangerous things then they should be able to do it. Veiwers should just be more responisble on what they post online because it is not youtubes fault and I have seen some of my favorite channels being banned or moniterd by youtube because some of the stuff they were doing. The only way people on youtube become famous and make money is if they have a good sub amount and if they have a good amount of likes on every video. So people will go live and play video games or do crazy stunts like rock jumping of clifs into a body of water for donations from the people watching so sometimes it is the watchers paying the people who do the stunts and it encourages the people who do the stunts to do it more.

I am very much apart of the YouTube community. I connect with so many content creators on the platform. I have very strong opinions on what should be allowed on YouTube and not allowed on YouTube. Stunts are one thing that I feel like YouTube should allow. YouTube should be a free platform where anyone can express themselves and post whatever they want (Besides Pornography and anything illegal) If people get hurt in stunts it's their fault. And even after they get hurt they still post it to YouTube! (Unless if they livestream it which I have no idea if that is a popular thing to livestream.)

No, YouTube should not be punished for showing videos of dangerous stunts online because, the person that is doing the stunt should know that it is dangerous, which is their decision. By posting it online is just what YouTube is for, videos. YouTube always goes in and checks the videos and deletes the one's that are not good, therefore they are not to blame just because they did not see it fast enough. The parents are to blame for not supervising their children.

Kids should have common sense that if something is really dangerous, they should not do it. The parents should also monitor their kids, so they do not do these crazy things on YouTube.

I think that YouTube should not be punished because I feel like the people watching the videos should be responsible enough to know what is good to watch and what's not. Like what it talks about in the article when it says that the parents should be responsible with what their kids watch and that YouTube should not have to do all that work when there are lot's of easier ways to do so. I agree with that because YouTube should not have to do all that when parents could easily make it to where there children don't watch things there not supposed to.

YouTube should not be punished for what people put on YouTube because if is the person that uploads the video because they can decide what to make the video about and they get to decide what they want to do. It is not YouTube that makes these teens do these stunts, it is the people watching them because they want to get famous from doing the stunts. The teens should be old enough to know that these stunts could be dangerous or deadly if they try them.

I do not think that it would be fair for YouTube to be punished for what people post. I understand young kids are getting ideas to do things like YouTube stars are doing, but parents should be more involved in what their kids are watching on YouTube. YouTube does work and search their app for things that are against the guide lines 24 hours a day they say. They wont always catch a video as soon as it is uploaded so kids can find it faster and possibly re upload it to other places. That is not YouTube's fault.

Stunt videos are fun to watch on Youtube even if the person fails and if they weren't aloud to post these than people wouldn't be able to view them and the people who make money off of making them would stop making money so then people wouldn't be very happy with Youtube.

I don't think that YouTube should be punished for showing dangerous stunts online. It is not their fault that people want to go through with these crazy stunts. YouTube staff can't babysit every person that posts videos on YouTube. Besides, they have their policies where they keep the extreme stuff off. I honestly think that its the parents fault if their kids watch the crazy stunt videos. I say this because they have control over their kids, not YouTube. So if their kids are influenced to do something that they saw off of YouTube, it is their parents fault, not YouTube's. I do not think that YouTube should be punished for the stupid stunts and activities that people do because they want to be famous on YouTube.

I think that they should be punished becasue they are encouraging kids and people to do so many things that are not safe for them.
