My new town, community, and life was much more diverse and I loved it. I started my business, childcare, and raised my family. ]]> 2020-07-06 19:09:42 UTC https://padlet.com/dc3362/ihec3rlqa7i94mt6/wish/648574378 dc3362 https://padlet.com/dc3362/ihec3rlqa7i94mt6/wish/648588529 When I was young I was very sheltered.  I am not proud of the  fact that my parents were prejudiced and I had no experience with people from other cultures.  I was amazed when I got out on my own and the growth I have experienced is amazing.  My life and family is full of so much more diversity.  Even though the rural area in which I live and work lacks a lot of diversity, there is a lot more that I experiences growing up. Still don't travel because I work a lot. But I love my job. Here is a picture of my diverse family.
