I agree with this rule. Selling expired products is dangerous and can hurt our store's reputation but I’d like clearer instructions on how often we should check for expired items to avoid any confusion

Employee Hygiene Standards:

I believe keeping good hygiene is very important for safety and customer trust.

Waste Management:

I support and understand the need of good waste management as it's an essential part of running a convenience store. I would prefer if I got more specific guidelines on recycling and waste disposal to make sure we handle it properly.

Minimum Wage & Working Hours:

I believe that the employees should be paid fairly but following this rule could be difficult during busy times. This rule could make things difficult when the store has a lot of customers. I suggest we allow some flexibility in the work hours and the wages.

Consequences:

If the owner did not manage to carefully overlook the item's shelf life, they can be fined up to 5000HKD. The second offence is 20000HKD. Required to pay for the customer's medical fee (If any)

If illegal substances are found in the store or traced back to the store, they can be fined up to 1,000,000 HKD or 7 years in prison.

If the store was found with an inappropriate working environment or abused workers, they would be fined 35000HKD in compensation for workers.

Reason:

• Customers may develop a sickness

• The spread of illegal substances may occur, and lead to addiction throughout the community

• Abuse of workers can lead to harassment and assault cases, therefore to prevent that, there is a consequence.
