In the article as well, the author has stated how these factors are very important to the success of a project. He also explained about the implementation of the project in accordance with the law set by JKR. Malaysia is very concerned about the development of the country as well as other countries. As stated in this article, the Prime Minister will link the budget question for the development sector which is considered to be able to improve the country's economy. However, in this article it becomes a question where work ethic as well as the quality and effectiveness of the project become a problem for the success of the project. As we all know, work ethic is very important in doing a task. If the employee or project manager does not adhere to the work ethic that has been set, the project carried out will not be fully successful. This is because, there may be shortcomings in every step that has been arranged in the planning that has been provided. It depends on the attitude of man himself. The same goes for the quality and effectiveness of projects related to work ethic. The quality and effectiveness of a good project depends on the way and work ethic practiced in performing a task. This becomes a question when some parties start not paying attention to this while implementing the project because they only think the project was successful without thinking about the impact in the future. Both of these are the issues in this article. In implementing a project, although there is a good plan, but if there is no good control in the use or production of costs for construction this causes complications for all parties. In the article, he also stated that weaknesses in managing and controlling project production costs will reduce profit margins and will cause losses on behalf of contractors. As is well known, in the construction sector, the main goal in implementing a project is to complete it within the time or period that has been set in the existing planning, according to the standards set by the relevant parties and use costs that do not exceed the set amount. In this article, he emphasizes the contractor to control the cost production in the project. If the contractor does not care about it, the existing finances will not be strong due to unsystematic management. The question that arises in this article is about effectiveness in cost and financial management. The author does not fully discuss how to overcome this problem of effectiveness on projects implemented to remain until the future.
