         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hold on to the handles!<br>1) you can see if the chin rest is at a good height. <em>You can move it up or down before they put their chin on. </em><br>2) it helps them to balance if you need to move them forward. <em>You can sometimes move the feet forward if they are standing too far back, to straighten the spine and drop shoulders. </em><br>3) it gives them a responsibility during the exam. <em>Empowering patients during exams to be involved is extending the patient-centred approach and also acts to strengthen implied consent to continue with the procedure. </em><br>4) it helps them to keep still. <em>The final image will be clear and diagnostic. </em></div>]]></description>
