Health and PE teachers should subtly build in the topic of mental health when on other topics about health.
- It could potentially be more beneficial if the teachers incorporated the topic in regular classes rather than addressing the topic directly for a long period of time.
- Two current barriers for teaching mental illness would be time and money. If teachers worked the topic in with their everyday curriculum then not much more time would be needed and it would be a relatively cheap process.
          - ...but teachers would need updated education on mental health and illness which could cost money (workshops etc.)
