Shep confronted Kate that he was the one texting her, and that it was not GRANT.
2. During the football game a kid named Marshall ran onto the football field dressed as "DEAD GRANT"
3. There have been more interviews of other people who where at the party.
4. All four boys are not getting along and eventually start fighting each other. 
5. Shep helps Kate when her car battier dies, and Kate starts falling for Shep and one of the other R.P.B saw and took a picture.
6. One of the boys slipped the picture in her pocket during a fire drill and she panicked and needed to tell Shep but had to do it in private.
7. Shep comes to visit Kate in an old tree house in the back of Kate's yard, and shows him the picture and tells him who the guy was who ran onto the football field.
