And maybe unintentionally, somebody's comment, reflection, or suggestion suddenly changes your perspective and opens up a possibility you had not considered before. The originality of the surprise or unexpectedness is sometimes enough motivation to change a perspective and try a new idea. So sometimes all that it takes is to let any situation surprise us.

In one of the school that I worked in, we shared our challenges in a staff meeting. We made small goals to work on during the month till the next meeting. During the month, when a staff member noticed us working on our goal, they wrote an appreciation note and posted it on the bulletin board that teacher and students could see. It was a wonderful way to get validation for working towards the goals we had created and students got an opportunity to see how hard the teachers were working on improving themselves. They were very excited about seeing their teacher's name on the board.

This is organized by our 'Moodle Man', who also suggests topics. At the beginning and end of every semester, he also supplies 1-2 tips and tricks. I have found this to be a very good way of supporting those who need it, and encouraging those who are more proficient at Moodle to help the others out.

Learning in the loo is a marvelous idea and technique to make people absorb information by being exposed to it several times..it reminds me of marketing ideas like eye-level advertisements on loo doors or near mirrors in shopping malls.
in my school weve tried to schedule informal group discussions by looking at the vacant periods of teachers. but as an administrator it still takes juggling as unexpected things come up. but i'm trying to build a culture here and sit in the informal sessions and try to keep everyone on track. great learning takes place when we have someone share a usefull link or article or experience.

Team work is the best way We can share ideas Links and online courses.I chose teacher led group training provided teacher should be capable of connecting with every one. One of the biggest advantages of using instructor-led training is it offers the ability to ask questions about what is covered in the lecture, lab, or demonstration
