         <description><![CDATA[<div>Working from the office allows for ad hoc meetings and morning catch ups as everyone comes into the office.&nbsp;<br><br>More of a need to schedule catch ups and make sure you get the virtual interactions.&nbsp;<br><br>Open up your calendar to your team where possible<br><br>Replicate in person rhythms with regular zoom drop in's and msges saying things like goodbye when logging off<br><br>Encourage start/finish times by saying good morning and good night virtually.&nbsp;<br><br>Struggle to create routine coming back into the office, getting ready, communicating regularly when spread across buildings.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Expectations</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Check in on 'currently working on..' to share capacity.&nbsp;</div><div><br>Setting expectations around delivery to clients - letting them know it is not expected to work extra to deliver.<br><br>Encouraging flexibility to work hours between 8-6, and then turn off and not continue working.<br><br>Lead by example - don't send emails at 10pm. Hold them until 8am. (Schedule emails)<br><br>Set expectations at the start and address things quickly.&nbsp;<br><br>Set and review expectations - don't assume they're known<br><br>If sick at home, you can still take leave. Entitlements still exist.&nbsp;<br><br>Make sure people are taking breaks, getting a coffee, taking lunch. Use workpace software.&nbsp;<br><br>Be transparent about your own schedule and work to your team&nbsp;<br><br>Include on your email signature information about your work schedule/hours/location - and that if you send emails out of hours there's no expectation they will be responded to outside of hours<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>regular check-ins<br>maintain connection<br>Setting boundaries &amp; turn off reminders at weekends<br>Communication is essential<br>Regular communication<br>replicate routines virtually ie: morning check in and saying goodbye&nbsp; at the end of the day<br><br>Turn off notification sounds when not at work.<br>Model good behaviour<br><br>Lead by example&nbsp;<br><br>Encourage others to turn off notifications on phones etc&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
