         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Efleurajul sau netezirea: este tehnica de inceput a oricarei sedinte de masaj si poate fi alternata cu alte metode; constituie manevra de incheiere in majoritatea situatiilor si are un efect de netezire a tegumentelor. Netezirea actioneaza in special asupra pielii, tesuturilor conjunctive subcutanate, nervilor periferici si vaselor venoase si limfatice stimuland circulatia generala si drenajul limfatic. Netezirea are un efect calmant asupra persoanei, atenuand episoade de durere, contractiile musculare, fiind un relaxat fizic si psihologic.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Frictiunea este o manevra de masaj care consta intr-o apasare si deplasare a tesuturilor moi in limita elasticitatii acestora. Ca efecte se obtin o hiperemie a pielii si efect analgezic local, scazand foarte mult sensibilitatea terminatiilor nervoase. Pe cale reflexa, frictiunile au efecte de durata, trofice si circulatorii, contribuind fie la calmarea nervoasa si relaxarea musculara, fie la stimularea sistemuluineuro-vegetativ (in functie de necesitatii de tehnica de executie).</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Framantarea sau petrisaj – tehnica de masaj cu actiuni stimulatoare puternice asupra tesuturilor situate in profunzime si mai ales asupra musculaturii. Framantarea implica ridicarea, strangerea si miscarea tesuturilor, imbunatatind excitabilitatea si contractilitatea muschilor. Prin aceasta tehnica, se mentine elasticitatea muschilor, aspect care contribuie la evitarea leziunilor musculare, des intalnite la sportivi. Framantarea este utilizata pentru a mobiliza tesuturile, pentru a creste circulatia sangelui si pentru a ajuta la stimularea eliminarii toxinelor si imbunatatirea schimburilor nutritive. Tehnica este frecvent utilizata in perioada de refacere dupa antrenamente sau competitii, cat si in perioada de pregatire.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Tapotamentul sau baterea–este tehnica prin care se aplica serii de loviri scurte si ritmice pe tegumente si reprezinta unul dintre cele mai intense procedee de masaj. Tehnica se foloseste in afectiunile aparatului locomotor, in cazul manifestarii unor dureri sau contracturi musculare. In functie de intensitatea si ritmul tapotamentului, efectele se produc in tesuturile moi superficiale sau mai profunde. De asemenea, circulatia sanguina este activata iar temperatura locala si tonusul muscular, crescute. Tapotamentul este utilizat in pregatirea sportivilor intre probe.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Vibratiile sunt manevre principale de masaj si sunt reprezentate de imprimarea unor miscari oscilatorii ritmice asupra tesuturilor moi. Exista si posibilitatea aplicarii unor vibratii mecanice cu diferite aparate care sunt mai rapide, perfect ritmice, uniforme si care pot fi aplicate timp mai indelungat. Efectele vibratiilor sunt intotdeauna de calmare,relaxare. Executate profund produc si o activare a circulatiei, o descongestionare si o imbunatatire a capacitatii de efort.</p>]]></description>
